Boosting & Gems

What is boosting?

➜ Give your points to a coin → helps it get featured.

Boosting allows you to transfer your earned points to coins you support. This helps coins:

Build up their point totals.
Become eligible for featured ads.
Gain more visibility on the platform.

How many points can I boost daily?

➜ 100 per coin | 500 total.

Per Coin Limit: Maximum 100 points to any single coin per day.

Daily Total Limit: Maximum 500 points across all coins per day.

Example: You can boost 5 different coins with 100 points each (5 × 100 = 500 total).

What do I get for boosting?

➜ 1 gem per 10 points boosted.

Conversion Rate: 1 gem = 10 points donated.

Example: Boost 100 points → Earn 10 gems.

Example: Boost 500 points (daily max) → Earn 50 gems.

Gems are automatically awarded when you boost..

Minimum boost amount?

➜ 10 points.

Minimum transfer is 10 points per boost action.

This ensures you earn at least 1 gem per boost.

You can boost multiple times (in increments of 10+) until you reach daily limits.

Do gems expire?

➜ No,gems never expire.

Gems are permanent once earned.
No time limits or expiration dates.
Accumulate gems over time.
Use them whenever you want to level up.

COIN AD & FEATURING

How does a coin get featured?

➜ Needs: 300+ votes (30d) + 5-day streak + 1,000+ boosted points ➜ Admin approves ➜ 48-hour ad.

Eligibility Requirements (ALL must be met):

1.Vote Count: ≥ 300 total votes in the last 30 days.
2.Vote Streak: ≥ 5 consecutive days with at least 10 votes per day.
3.Boosted Points: ≥ 1,000 total points from community boosts.
4.Eligibility Score: Calculated automatically as:
Score = (Streak × 0.4) + (Votes × 0.3) + (Points × 0.3).

Process:

1.Coin meets all criteria above.
2.Coin appears in admin eligibility queue.
3.Admin reviews and approves.
4.Featured ad begins at scheduled time.

When does the ad start?

➜ 11:55 PM daily.

Default Start Time: 23:55:00 (11:55 PM).

Ads start at night to maximize visibility for the next full day.

All approved coins for that day start at the same time.

Time is configurable by platform admins.

How long is the ad?

➜ 48 hours (2 full days).

Duration: 2 days (48 hours).

Example: Starts Monday 11:55 PM → Ends Wednesday 11:55 PM.

Coin is prominently featured during this entire period.

Automatic completion at end time.

Can a coin be featured again?

➜ Yes, but must wait 3 days (cooldown period).

Cooldown Period: 3 days after ad ends.

Example Timeline:

Ad ends: Wednesday 11:55 PM.
Cooldown: Thursday, Friday, Saturday (3 days).
Eligible again: Sunday.

During cooldown, the coin:

Cannot be featured again.
Can still receive votes.
Can still receive point boosts.
Continues building streak and points for next eligibility.

What happens to additional boosts (more than 1,000)?

➜ Points above 1,000 stay with the coin and count toward future features.

When coin is approved for featuring:

1,000 points are deducted from the coin's total.
Any points above 1,000 remain with the coin.
These remaining points help the coin:
– Stay eligible after cooldown
– Get featured again faster
– Maintain higher eligibility score

Example:

Coin has 2,500 boosted points.
Gets approved → 1,000 points deducted.
1,500 points remain with the coin.
After 3-day cooldown, coin already has 1,500 points toward next feature.
Only needs to maintain vote streak and vote count.

Smart Strategy:

Boosting beyond 1,000 is still valuable!
Builds a "buffer" for future features
Helps coin get featured multiple times
